Responsibility

Manage the development of functional and concept technical design specifications and provides technical leadership on all phases of delivery.

Description:

Job Summary

Driving Sales/Brand or Product awareness

Market Insight

• Keep up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, present/discuss this data with health professionals where required;
• Monitor competitor activity and competitor's products;
• Maintain knowledge of new development in the national health service, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business;
• Stay informed about the activities of healthcare services in the territory;
• Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings

Review & Reporting

• Analyze the primary & secondary sales figures of last 6 months, project the sales;

• Review progress of monthly sales.

People Management

• Personally observe the performance of HCEs in the field on a regular basis and provide feedback;

• Provide high standards of ongoing training for the field sales staff so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner;
• Manage and motivate the team of HCEs to effectively deliver business results;
• Provide individual coaching to HCEs addressing improvement areas;
